Membership
The map, every guide, every report and every dataset are free, and stay free. A membership buys a machine that reads the Latvian company register every night on your behalf and tells you what changed, which is the part nobody has time to do by hand.
Nine rules govern what a membership can and cannot buy, and they were published before anything could be charged. Read the rules. The first one is that everything free today stays free.
The Plans
A year costs 10 months. That is the only discount there is: no negotiated rate, no founder deal, and no price that depends on who is asking.

- A key for the API, and a webhook posted whatever changed overnight
Joining needs an account, because a subscription has to belong to someone. There is no password: signing in emails you a link, and you come straight back here.
What Stays Free
Free. The map, every guide, every report and every dataset. Watch up to five companies. One weekly digest of what changed on them. It is not a trial and it does not expire. The whole site, including every CSV, is open to a stranger who never signs in at all.
The difference a membership makes is speed and scale: the morning after a change rather than the end of the week, and as many companies as you like rather than 5.
Cancelling and Refunds
Cancel yourself from your account, at any time, without asking anyone. Cancelling stops the billing immediately and your account stays exactly as it is: the watchlist, the claims and the exports you have already taken are unaffected, and the free plan carries on.
Cancelling partway through a paid month or year does not refund the remainder by default. Ask and we will refund it. If one of the nine rules is broken, the month is refunded without being asked for, which is rule nine.
Deleting your account is separate and also self-serve. It cancels the subscription first, and if the cancellation cannot be confirmed, nothing is deleted at all.
Billing and VAT
Prices exclude VAT. Stripe sells the membership as merchant of record, so it adds whatever VAT your country charges at checkout and remits it there. Sageo SIA holds no VAT number and never handles that money.
Prices are set in euro. Stripe may show and charge the total in your own currency at its exchange rate, which has a conversion fee built into it, and you can switch the checkout back to euro. A year is billed as 10 months, in one payment, and an invoice follows every payment.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details never reach this site, and Sageo SIA never sees them.
